About SpotBooker
SpotBooker is web software to book shared rooms and resources: meeting rooms, desks, parking spaces, vehicles and equipment. It is made for organizations whose job is not managing rooms: schools, town halls, nonprofits and small businesses.

What it does
- Booking of rooms and other resources, with unlimited users.
- Floor plans that show which rooms and resources are free, occupied or reserved.
- Quotas, approvals, recurring bookings and email reminders.
- Public booking pages for people outside the organization.
- Sign-in with Microsoft Entra ID (booking rights by Entra group) or Google. Two-factor authentication is included.
- Read-only iCal export of bookings.

Prices are in euros, excluding tax.

What SpotBooker does not do (today)
To save you a demo, here are the limits as of today.
- No native mobile app. It works in the browser on a computer, a tablet or a phone.
- No Outlook add-in and no Teams app.
- No two-way calendar sync. The iCal export is read-only.
- No public API.
