- How much does SpotBooker cost?
- It is free for up to 2 resources. For 5 resources, it costs €39 per month or €390 per year, excluding tax. Each extra resource adds €3 per month or €30 per year. Users are unlimited.
- Is there a free plan or a trial?
- Yes. The free plan covers up to 2 resources and has no time limit. Paid plans come with a 14-day trial, and no card is needed to start.
- Does SpotBooker work with Microsoft Entra ID?
- Yes. People can sign in with Microsoft Entra ID, and booking rights follow your Entra groups. Google sign-in is also available, and two-factor authentication is included.
- Is there an Outlook add-in or a Teams app?
- No. SpotBooker has no Outlook add-in and no Teams app. People book in the browser.
- Is there a mobile app?
- There is no native mobile app. SpotBooker works in the browser, on a computer, a tablet or a phone.
- Where is my data hosted?
- The application runs on DigitalOcean servers in London. This website runs on Cloudflare.
- Can I see bookings in my own calendar?
- Yes, through an iCal export. It is read-only: changes made in your calendar do not come back into SpotBooker.
