Terms of Service (ToS) for Spot Booker
1. Préambule
These Terms of Use (hereinafter the “TOU”) apply to the Spot Booker service (hereinafter the “Service”) provided by MSL Innov’ (hereinafter the “Company”), whose registered office is located at 231 rue Pierre et Marie Curie, Labège, France. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Purpose
The service aims to make it easier for companies to manage their meeting room reservations, offering features such as quick booking, calendar and agenda management, and public access management.
3. Service access
To access the service, you must create a user account by providing accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities that occur under your account. The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account in the event of any breach of these TOS.
4. User license
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms of Use. Any unauthorized use of the service or any related materials is strictly prohibited.
5. Intellectual property
The Service and all associated elements, such as trademarks, logos, texts, images, videos and source codes, are the exclusive property of the Company or its partners and are protected by French and international intellectual property laws. No license or other right to use these elements is granted to the user.
6. Liability
The Company makes every effort to ensure the availability and proper functioning of the Service. However, it cannot guarantee the absence of any technical failures or disruptions, and cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

8. Modifications to the TOS
The company reserves the right to modify these GCU at any time in order to adapt them to changes in the service or to legal and regulatory requirements. The new conditions will be made known to users by means of an online notification and will take effect as soon as they are accepted by the user.
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These GCU are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute concerning the interpretation, validity or execution of these GTU, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. If no amicable solution can be found, the dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
10. Miscellaneous provisions
If any provision of these TOU is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be void, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
The Company’s tolerance of any breach by the User of any of its obligations under these TOS shall not constitute a waiver of its rights.
These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between the User and the Company with respect to the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations and understandings, whether written or oral, with respect thereto.
