How it works

    Each room gets its own QR code. Put the sign on the door: people scan it to book the room.

Signs people actually notice

  • Readable from the hallway

    The name should be legible from a distance, not just up close. Put the sign at eye level, on the door or right next to it.

  • The same name everywhere

    The name on the sign should match the calendar or booking tool exactly. Otherwise people look for “Apollo” and can’t find it.

  • Keep names short

    One or two words read better and fit on a phone screen. Keep the details (floor, number of seats) in your booking tool.

What the QR code does in SpotBooker

Each room gets an online calendar and its own QR code. Your team books from a computer or a phone, with nothing to install.

Does the QR code in the preview work?

No. It’s a blurred example that shows where the code goes. The real QR code is created for each room in your SpotBooker account, because it has to open the booking for that specific room.

Is it really free?

The preview and printing without a QR code are free, with no sign-up. A SpotBooker account is free for up to 2 resources, then $39/month with 5 resources included. The 14-day trial needs no credit card.

Can I change the names later?

Yes. In your account you can add, rename or remove rooms whenever you like.

A4 or A5?

A4 reads from further away; A5 fits a narrow door or a busy wall. The design is the same.
